General and Preventive
Check-ups, cleanings, X-rays, gum health, and the new patient examination. How often you need a cleaning depends on your mouth, not on an insurer's schedule. A new patient examination here runs 80 minutes for adults.
Six things we do, and one rule that runs through all of them. We will tell you what we see before we tell you what it costs.

Check-ups, cleanings, X-rays, gum health, and the new patient examination. How often you need a cleaning depends on your mouth, not on an insurer's schedule. A new patient examination here runs 80 minutes for adults.
Fillings, tooth wear, fractures, crowns, bridges, dentures and root canals. We will show you what we see and tell you what is urgent and what can wait.
An implant replaces the root of a missing tooth, and the replacement crown sits on top of the implant. Dr. Fenn places and restores implants here, and she is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
It is not the only way to replace a missing tooth. Bridges and dentures still make sense for plenty of people, and she will tell you which options are open to you.
Bonding, whitening, and re-shaping edges that have chipped or worn down. Dr. Fenn will often suggest the simplest option first. If you are happy with your teeth the way they are, doing nothing can be a good answer too.
Clear aligners that straighten teeth without brackets, for adults and for kids. Milder cases often finish in around six to eight months. More complex ones run 18 months or longer.
What it costs depends on how far the teeth have to travel. We will tell you where you land at the examination, before you commit to anything.
If you have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and you have issues constantly wearing your CPAP machine, an oral appliance is worth asking about. It holds your lower jaw forward while you sleep, which keeps the airway open.
A sleep study tells you whether you have sleep apnea. Dr. Fenn will tell you whether an appliance is a sensible way to treat your sleep apnea.
These are patients treated at this practice. Every mouth is different, and what is possible in yours depends on what we find when we look.

Email us a photo of what is bothering you and tell us what is going on. Dr. Fenn will look and tell you what she thinks it might be and what to do next. You do not have to be a patient here to ask.
A photo will not always be enough. If she needs to see it properly, she will say so, and the next step is a full examination with x-rays. If you are in pain, call us instead. That is not something to wait on an email for.
